We offer older adults and caregivers quality education for healthier aging! We have helpful articles and recorded webinars/talks available 24/7. They are updated on a regular basis. What we do
We are dedicated professionals who strive to create food security to older adults in Colorado. Our nutrition programs are designed to do the following:
- Reduce hunger and food insecurity
- Promote socialization of older individuals
- Promote the health and well-being of older individuals by assisting such individuals to gain access to nutrition and other disease prevention and health promotion services to delay the onset of adverse health conditions resulting from poor nutritional health or sedentary behavior
